Notification for All Carry Employees: Annual Health Enrollment Has Started

From Our HR Department: Annual Health enrollment has started.  Keep everything the SAME = DO NOTHING. If you want to add or delete coverage/dependents, FILL OUT the Enrollment Form* by 12/22/12 and SEND it to HR.
